| Felt / Prefelts - Includes washing, carding, felting and fulling. These felts are created on a Feltloom. They are needle felted. Wc can make continuous yardage. They are material grade felts. | Yarn Processing - Includes
tumbling, washing, picking, carding, spinning, drafting,
steaming and skein winding. Fiber must be greater than 2 inches in length and less than 6 inches. Yarn processing is available in 5 weights. Lace, fingering. sport, worsted and bulky. We normally run all 2 ply except bulky weight. Bulky is run as a 3 ply. 3 ply is available upon request for sport and worsted weight also. 3-ply sport is charged at the lace weight price. We define the 4 different processing weights in wraps per inch:
Prewashed fiber must be thoroughly clean and rinsed. We reserve the right to rewash fiber. Prewashed fiber will be charged $2.00 less a pound. 10% discount for yarn batches over 20 lbs. Must
be done as one run with one size yarn. |
